Keep them in the game — and ahead of it.

Specialized physical therapy for youth & overhead athletes — baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and more.

Youth athletes aren't small adults

Growth plates, year-round seasons, and single-sport specialization create injuries that generic PT misses — Little League shoulder and elbow, throwing-arm pain, knee and heel growth-plate issues.

Rest alone doesn't fix the mechanics that caused the problem. We do.

Common questions from parents

Do you take insurance? We're cash-based and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards welcome.

Who will my child work with? Every session is a full hour, 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — never a tech or aide.

Do we need a physician referral? No — Texas allows direct access to physical therapy.
